running analyzer on Windows

I need to use freeling analyzer to PoS tagging only. I have already downloaded freeling-4.0-win32.zip and followed instructions from README (I had to get the instructions from 4.0 beta since the stable version compressed package didn't included it) to install FREELING on Windows 7.
However, I have faced two problems:
**I must be clear, I am a native Spanish speaker and my O.S. of course, in Spanish too

First
The following message is shown when double clicking on freeling.exe:

"El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta libfreeling.dll en el equipo. Intente reinstalar el programa para corregir este problema"

It says something as: "the program cannot run since libfreeling.dll is missing in your PC. try install again the program to correct this error"

Second
If I try to run freeling.bat -as instructed in the README- the window opens and closes at once.

May any user know what i am doing wrong or what i am missing? or what do i have to do to solve the problem and run the analyzer succesfully?

Thanks

"the program cannot run since libfreeling.dll is missing in your PC. try install again the program to correct this error"

This happens if you run "analyzer" instead of "analyze.bat". You should use "analyzer.bat"

If I try to run freeling.bat -as instructed in the README- the window opens and closes at once.

You are probably double clicking the file.
"analyzer.bat" is not a GUI program, but a command line program.
So, you need to open a MS-DOS terminal, and execute "analyze.bat" there, with the appropriate parameters.

Hello, I am trying to use Freeling in Windows too, you said "with the appropiate parameters", but which are the appropiate parameters? Where may I find how to use Freeling in MS-DOS┬┐

Thank you

The "analyzer.bat" program has dozens of parameters. The "appropriate" ones depend on what you want to do.
The minimum instruction is, for instance:

analyzer.bat -f es.cfg <mytext.txt >myoutput.txt

Depending on the language you want to analyze, or on the output you want, you must use different parameters.

The available parameters are described in FreeLing manual (see "documentation" menu option) in the chapter "using the analyzer program to process corpora"
